BEBLUM STANDARD WARRANTY

As the manufacturer, Beblum Private Limited, headquartered in Singapore (referred to hereinafter as "Beblum"), provides Beblum strollers, baby cots, car seats, and highchairs (hereinafter collectively and individually referred to as "product") under warranty, subject to the conditions outlined below:

 

  1. The warranty period provided by the manufacturer is for 12 months from the date of purchase as indicated on the sales receipt, unless otherwise specified.

  2. This manufacturer's warranty is applicable only within Singapore, where the product was originally purchased.

  3. This manufacturer's warranty pertains solely to products intended for personal use. Any products acquired for commercial purposes, including but not limited to those for commercial rental, are expressly excluded from this warranty.

  4. The manufacturer’s warranty provides a right to repair unless Beblum determines that replacement or return of the product is necessary. Beblum will not be responsible for the cost and risk associated with transporting the product from and to the retailer (hereinafter: “the retailer”) where you purchased the product.

  5. Beblum retains the right to discontinue a model, colour and fabric. Consequently, during the warranty period, the product may be replaced with an equivalent colour or fabric.

  6. To initiate a claim under this manufacturer's warranty, you must furnish Beblum/the retailer/authorised service centre with the following:
    • a copy of the dated purchase receipt,
    • a detailed description of the issue, and
    • the defective product and/or photographs of the defective part or product.

  1. The manufacturer's warranty is non-transferable and may only be invoked by the first owner.

  2. Beblum retains the right to modify the conditions of the warranty at its discretion, without prior notice.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY?

The manufacturer's warranty on the product covers the following:

  • All manufacturing defects in the chassis, frame, and the wheels.

 

 

THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

  • Damage caused by repairs or services performed by unauthorised parties or improper disassembly of the product.

  • Damage resulting from negligence, accidents, or from any use or maintenance contrary to that specified in the user guide.

  • Damage to the product resulting from normal wear and tear, including discoloration, scratches on the frame.

  • Incorrect mounting or installation of a third-party part or accessory that is incompatible with the product.

  • Deliberate or unintentional damage, abnormal usage, or inadequate care.

  • Improper storage or product maintenance.

  • Damage to handle bars, bumper/front bars, or fabrics arising from normal daily use of the product.

  • Holes or tears in the tyres.

  • Damage incurred during transport or air travel.

  • Customer dissatisfaction with the product concerning fit, weight, functionality, colour, or design.

  • Theft.

 

 

IMPORTANT

The manufacturer's warranty for the product is for 12 months from the purchase date specified on the sales receipt, unless otherwise stated. Store the sales receipt safely and keep a duplicate copy. Should you need to make a claim under this manufacturer's warranty, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product from.

If the retailer is unable to repair the defect or if you have purchased the product directly from Beblum, you can contact Beblum by sending an email to hello@beblum.com.

For claims that occur outside the manufacturer's warranty period, please also contact the retailer where you purchased the product from, or alternatively, you can get in touch with our authorised service centre.

Please note that Beblum reserves the right to modify these manufacturer's warranty conditions without prior notice.
